Ningbo Prim Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2023. The team members are mainly composed of doctoral/master's/senior engineers and senior experts in the field of artificial intelligence and precision manufacturing in China. The team members have been deeply involved in complex robot system control, semiconductor intelligent equipment, nanoscale motion control, image vision, and intelligent manufacturing systems for many years, and have rich industry experience. Currently, they have received angel round investment from funds under CITIC Group.

The company is headquartered in Ningbo and its production and manufacturing base is located in Huishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi. It has dozens of employees, including doctoral/master's/senior engineers. It has departments such as software research and development, mechanical design, electrical development, high-precision debugging, and precision machining. It has an independent factory building of nearly 3000m ² and an advanced clean laboratory of 800m ². We are always committed to the design of ultra-high precision motion solutions, front-end wafer transfer (EFEM) of equipment, production of core precision components of equipment, integration of whole machine software and hardware systems, and customization of whole machine equipment research and development. We provide ultra precision motion control and whole machine integration solutions for customers in semiconductor, IC manufacturing, new energy, precision instruments and other fields at home and abroad.

At present, our business covers well-known universities, top research institutions, and multiple enterprises in the semiconductor industry both domestically and internationally.
